Dry Brushing for Loose Skin on Keto Diet

I have lost just shy of 45 lb since the end of April on the ketosis diet. Obviously, with such rapid weight loss, your skin needs time to catch up. Since I am in my early forties, I did not expect that my skin was going to bounce back like it did when I was in my twenties. In an effort to minimize the issues that I may have as I continue to lose weight, I have been trying to be proactive about my skincare.

39.6 Pounds Gone in 3 Months on the Keto Diet

Despite my recent breakup and relocation, I am happy to announce that I am still losing weight with the Keto Diet!

I am up to almost 40 lbs gone! It feels amazing to try on clothes that I haven't been able to wear and suddenly, they are too big on me. I am getting to the point now where I seriously need to buy more clothes.

38 lbs GONE Since April 21, 2017

I am so excited to announce that in the past 81 days, I have lost over 38 lbs!

It feels a bit surreal. I weigh myself every day, so I don't always understand just how much that is, until I realize that my favorite dresses are hanging on me now. My dress that was once sexy and clingy, is now drooping like a potato sack. Guess it's time to break out the sewing kit!



I am finding strange things like my body is squishier to the touch, where I always felt hard before. I am moisturizing, taking Biotin, and eating lots of healthy foods, so I know my skin will bounce back. I may have a bit of sag, but I'm not worried. Hell, if it gets too bad, there are always handy, dandy doctors around! ;-)
