11 Weeks on Keto & 34 lbs Gone!

Weekly Update - Weight Lost, Calorie Restriction, Plateaus & IF

I have been zipping along here on my Keto diet since the end of April. I think it has technically been 10 weeks, now. I am up to 31 lbs lost. It is a bit surreal. One of the things that I have noticed is that my skin is getting softer. I'm sure that the reason is because, as I lose weight, there is less fat to plump me out. I am making sure to stay hydrated, and I know that as time goes on, it will tighten a bit. I also use lots of coconut oil to keep my skin supple. I know that when it is all said and done, I may have excess skin. That does not mean I will stop trying to lose weight. If it is terrible, and affects my life, well, I live an hour from Miami. I'll just have to do something about it surgically. I would like to hope that isn't necessary, but only time will tell. Looking at the picture that I posted, I can't believe that the difference has only been a few months. I wonder why it took me so long to finally just do this. I suppose part of it was life drama and

I Weigh Less Now Than I Have In Years

 I wake this morning with the knowledge that I now weigh less than I have weighed in more years than I remember. I have not weighed this little since I was tracking on MyFitnessPal , which has been 2013. I remember what I weighed when I moved to Florida in 2009, and it was 10 lbs more than now.
